Wat doe je als Lead Talent Acquisition NL bij TenneT?

The Lead is responsible for the operational and day to day guidance of the Talent Acquisition team of TenneT in The Netherlands. He/she is a full member of the team and performs also operational tasks.

Key priorities:

  • Lead and guide the Recruiters within the Talent Acquisition Team in The Netherlands (based in Arnhem), all in tune with the Lead of the department
  • Execute talent acquisition processes for assigned units / target groups
  • Execute / coordinate implementation of key improvement initiatives as part of the People strategy (eg. recruitment marketing, campaigns, process / system improvements)
  • Monitor and steer effectiveness and efficiency of local recruitment activities, portfolio and results
  • Manage and further develop cooperations with external parties, such as agencies, brokers, universities and student associations

The Lead Talent Acquisition NL reports to the Lead of the Talent Acquisition department, who is overall responsible for the whole team.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Bachelor or Academic working and thinking level and a relevant degree; advanced courses in talent acquisition, employer branding and/or business administration
  • Solid knowledge of Dutch labour law and regulations (eg. regarding flex work, Wet DBA), Dutch labour market (including flex market) and labour market communication / marketing
  • Operational HR / Talent Acquisition leadership experience
  • Well-developed competencies which embody the leadership principles Connection, Ownership and Courage

  • High level of assertiveness, initiative, creativity and independence as well as being a strong communicator
  • Excellent language skills, both in English and in Dutch

The team Talent Acquisition is responsible for recruitment of internal and external talent, (including the inflow of future talent: interns, apprentices and trainees), onboarding new hires, referral management, employer branding, recruitment marketing and managing chain partner relations (eg. agencies, brokers, universities and student associations).
